Shipping Policy

COVID-19 UPDATE: I am still processing and dispatching orders. However, due to delays in the postal system I cannot guarantee the timely arrival of your order. I am unable to ship to certain locations due to postage restrictions currently imposed by other countries. If I am unable to ship your order to you because of these restrictions, I will contact you ASAP and issue you a full refund, including shipping costs.

I’m always striving to get your orders packed and on their way to you as quickly as possible. Most orders will be dispatched within 48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays), though during peak sale periods orders may take a bit longer to process. Please allow 1-3 business days for me to prepare your order for shipment unless otherwise stated. Your order will be sent to the shipping address provided during checkout. You have the option to send an item to yourself or directly to your recipient’s address. My customers have found this especially helpful when the recipient lives in a different country.

Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email, and another email with tracking information (if applicable) when your order has shipped. Please keep in mind that most orders are dispatched without tracking, and tracking is only available with express shipping on international orders (outside of Australia only). Unfortunately this is currently unavailable due to the COVID-19 situation.

Orders may take longer to arrive around holidays such as Christmas. During these times please order ahead to avoid disappointment.

All orders are dispatched from Australia via Australia Post. International orders will be handed over and delivered to you via your country’s postal service.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items I sell are weight-based.

Europe: 25+ business days
New Zealand: 3 – 20 business days
United Kingdom: 15+ business days
United States: 15+ business days

Please keep in mind that shipping times are only estimates, and I cannot guarantee your order will arrive by a certain day. Actual delivery time will depend on the delivery method you choose.

Buyer Responsibilities

Please ensure you have submitted the correct shipping address with your order, as your order will be shipped to that address. If you do enter the wrong address, or if you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact me within 2 hours so that this can be amended. I do not offer refunds on orders that have been sent to the wrong address if it was a result of a buyer error.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply during or after shipping. I am not responsible for delays due to customs. Please review your country’s international customs policies if you are unsure of any fees that may apply.

Damaged Orders

All orders are packed in tough or padded envelopes with care to ensure they arrive safely. I am not liable for any items damaged or lost during shipping. In the unlikely event your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or me directly. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
