Returns and Refunds

I am unable to accept returns, or provide refunds, for personalised items unless the return is a result of my error (you received an incorrect or defective item etc.) I am unable to offer refunds for orders that arrive outside the estimated shipping times as shipping times are not guaranteed, and the postal service is out of my control.

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. I’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of my error (you received an incorrect or defective item etc.) otherwise return shipping costs will be the buyer’s responsibility.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your item to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for me to receive your return from the shipper, the time it takes me to process your return once I receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process my refund request (5 to 10 business days).

You will be refunded via the method originally used to pay for your purchase.
